KVKK Privacy Notice

Flyin is the data controller under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

This notice applies only to the corporate website at www.flyinyazilim.com. Separate Flyin products and services may be covered by their own privacy notices.

The site has no account, contact, or newsletter form. When you visit, the hosting and security infrastructure may process limited technical data:

• IP address and approximate connection location
• Browser, device, operating system, and language information
• Visit date and time, requested page, and referring address
• Error, performance, and security event logs

Flyin does not run advertising, behavioural profiling, or marketing analytics in the site code.

Technical data may be processed to deliver the site, manage traffic and resources, detect errors, maintain information security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the processing, the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation under Article 5/2 of the KVKK or the controller’s legitimate interests, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed.

Data may be collected electronically and automatically when the site is accessed. Technical data may be shared only as necessary with hosting, content delivery, and security providers, or with legally authorised public authorities.

Where infrastructure providers are located abroad or process data abroad, transfers are made subject to the conditions and safeguards required by the KVKK.

Technical records are retained only for as long as required by the purpose and applicable law, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymised. Periods may vary due to security incidents, legal requests, and mandatory provider logging policies.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it is
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly
• Know the third parties to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met
• Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to relevant third parties
• Object to an adverse result produced exclusively by automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
